You will receive one email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging from our Canberra warehouse. The following information appears on the label itself;

$5.00 via Standard Post.
$7.50 via Express Post.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 72 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised ETA.

Not all orders are shipped by Australia post, large orders or heavy orders are sent by toll ipec.

Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered next working day to the following metropolitan areas;
